Our conditions:
- Minimum rental period: early, low and high season 7 days
- Minimum age of driver: 23 years for Alkoven (possession of driving licence for at least 2 years / no new drivers)
- Deposit: 1000 € before handover in cash or by bank transfer (will be refunded at the latest after 2 weeks and after inspection of the camper)
- 200 km daily included: 0,25 €* for each additional kilometer
- Fixed rate: 130 €* service and final cleaning (maximum 3 hours – if the camper is very dirty additional cleaning fees may be charged), kasko insurance with deductible included in the price
- Upon request and payment: camping equipment such as camping table and chairs, professional gas barbecue, electric scooters, etc.
- Pick-up and return: from Monday to Saturday / on Sunday our company is closed
- Pick-up with instruction: from 14:30-15:00 – return until 09:00-10:00
(pick-up and return day count as 1 full day) - Private car: you can park your private car free of charge in front of our company premises (for a small extra charge also IN our protected hall)
- Cancellations: are subject to the following charges: up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge, from 90 – 31 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the total rental charge, from 30 – 11 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total rental charge, less than 11 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental charge
*all prices are inclusive of VAT
