Outside the building are shops, restaurants and bars all within a radius of 300 metres, with Bruneck city centre just two minutes away on foot! There is also a private car park right in front of the door, while the private cellar offers space for skis or bikes after a day out in the nearby skiing and hiking area of Kronplatz.
